Each point of agility makes you approximately 0.0416% faster. At 124 agility, you are ~51% faster than your base speed, and 41% faster than someone with level 25 agility.

[edit] Levels Impact Damage Output
There is a variable in leveling up (could be a stat or simply leveling) that increases the damage output. This does not affect the success rate of Critical Hits, but the dealt damage.
For example, a player is unable to kill a monster in 1 critical hit. Later after leveling, with the same weapon and same monster, a player could kill it in 1 critical hit.
[edit] Weapons Damage and Aggro
[edit] About AGGRO
"Aggro" is how aggressive the zombies become due to how many zombies you kill or what kind of weapon and how deep you're in.
Aggro is now speculated to only affect the speed of the zombies, and the sound of your weapon affects the distance the zombies will be pulled from (amount spawned).
---NONE AGGRO OPTIONS--- Sprinting, Looting.
Otherwise, almost everything else increases AGGRO.
Knifes are the LOWEST Aggro Weapons.
Blunt weapons, Guns and Chainsaw all increase AGGRO.
The more Aggro the zombies are, the more spawn and the faster they run at you.
Going further northeast or southeast will automatically increase Aggro.
If someone dies, the aggro does not increase, it is redirected. (That's why sometimes it is good to loot in a aggro game, where other players are attracting zombies and less come to you in ratio if your raiding in a building.)

As of the march 15 update, forums are no longer NEEDED for trade. Thanks to the unofficial Dead Frontier Mega Mall located at [[1]] AdminPwn has added a working market to the game. Players simply go to the market and can search for items by name or by category. To sell items, you must go to the market, and click the "selling" tab. When making a private trade, the market also comes into play. When you send a trade to a player, that player must go to the market and click the "private" tab.
With the addition of the market prices have gone up for lvl 10+ food and down for lower lvls -(confirmed)
