Just recently created the HECU, after not finding any group that appealed to me. I didn't find myself interested in the idea of restricting members to one main role, imposing unnecessary level limits and demanding specific contribution from people looking just to play the game. In other words while there was plenty of groups available for those looking to turn competitive, there wasn't many groups available for those looking to just take the game 1 or 2 steps further. Hence my movement to help fill that gap.
