As of October 21 2011, varying weather conditions have been added to Dead Frontier. New Dynamic weather was released on February 6th 2024, it's separated by different type with his own mechanics / animations, There are currently 7 weather conditions:
Each of these conditions uses a sets of background music, which are played alternately. Furthermore, each set of music will differ in intensity, depending on current Aggro. Weather has effect on how the infected act and interact mechanically including players of fairview. Each weather condition last between 27 - 30 minutes and it might continue followed by the Time of Day, although sequence may be random.
